I’m from just up the road originally from Barnsley, now reside in Scotland. Bought my Focus May, 2020, there was a supply & demand issue then as well. I knew I wanted a Bosch motor, FS & from a LBS, so that narrowed it down. Got an un-riden (due to Covid) ex demo, so no waiting plus 1k off list. Love every minute of it. Good luck with your search.
