Giant trance upgrades

Hi fellow emtb'ers. I have a 2019 trance and I am having a few issues with the ground clearance. Does anyone know if shorter cranks are an option if I want to change them and what they would do to the ride. I like the general ride of the bike and the suspension isn't bottoming out, just seem to catch the pedals on this more than I do with a normal fs mtb. I also seem to get to the top of the motor range and hit the limiter quite quickly. Any help most appreciated.
