Levo Gen 2 Fork Upgrade - Warranty Issue?

I have a 2020 Levo Comp, and talked to my local dealer about upping the fork travel to 170mm with the Rockshox upgrade kit. They said there would be no problems with warranty, but I've seen a number of comments on here stating that upgrading above 160 will void the Specialized warranty. Can anybody confirm one way or another? And if it does, indeed, void the warranty, could you provide me with something to show my dealer? Thanks in advance!

You have it in the manual "max. fork travel = 160mm".

You break the bike, you change it back to 160, warrantee, put 170 back in, profit

I dont think 170 is going to cause a bike to fail. Most frame weights are very close in weight and added reinforcement still goes in the same place no matter the travel

2021 bikes are 160 now, so the max travel may increase to 170.

I doubt it, 2021 still has the same geometry/frame as 19/20 models...

The 2021 bikes I've seen have the same manual as the 2019/2020 stating max travel = 160mm ?
