Have my WAO Triad wheelset, X0 transmission with the power cord for autoshift, Fox podium, DHX Live valve neo, Fox Transfer Neo, and trickstuff maximas, should be a funnn bike
Wow!, looking forward to those photos when its done

I am tempted to get a take off vivid to try. But I feel the same with the super deluxe.z. Performing very well so far. The bike has a ton of pop and carries speed so well.
I have a lot of time with SDU’s and Vivids. Currently my stable has three SDU’s. Have had two Vivids.

They’re both great shocks and I highly recommend running them for a bit before swapping out or replacing them. They might surprise you.

Only problem is 2 of the SDU’s cavitated almost from the first ride. My suspension guy said it’s pretty common. Which is unforgivable, but once serviced they’ve been good.

After a little more fine tuning and another 1000 metres of descending I am liking the vivid more and more. It will be staying put for a while yet

I called my shop today (in NSW), he said they’re expecting the bikes at the end of this month. The boat is on the water enroute to Newcastle.
Fantastic, but, they'll still have to get them down here to Vic, then prepped and to me.
If it ain't in my greasy hands by Dec 1st...they can keep it 'cause I be on my exit path.
Hope you get yours soon, sounds like it's a goodie!

Yeah the lyrik and SDU have been taking what I have been throwing at it pretty well. I need to do more focused tuning to get it dialed. This bike is going rubber my mainstay for a long time. So I will end up trying different things I am sure

As a side note- the SD is confirmed to have the linear xl can and four volume spacers stock for anyone with the Lite.

Also not sure if this is anyone here but more ride reports are coming online. I am committed to filming more too.. but minimal to editing one takes only 😆

Losing hope, When I ordered my Core 1 In early April I was given a delivery date of late August, That was put back to late September, September came and went, Next update was mid October That was changed to early November, Just had a call this afternoon to say it’s going to be Late December,
Oh that's a shame, Mine is still due this week as its on their first shipment apparently

Did a quick 10miles before it started to rain on us, really happy overall!

How often are you guys thinking that the idler sprocket will need to be replaced? Will we get it from forbidden directly?

Just picked up my Druid Core 2 s3 today. very excited to ride it and check it out.

Shifting does not seem as smooth with the axs as i thought it would be, and when bike is on stand and spinning by hand it seems to bind up in the taller gears.

any one with same issue? can anyone look if they are in the "A" or "B" posistion?
This is what manual said. Unfortunately, my setup key was missing from the brand new bike. So I don't know what it actually was.

ps. Found the PDF as well. ForbiddenBikeCo_DRUID_CORE_LITE_T-Type_SetUp-1-1.pdf

Nice man.

I heard from my shop earlier, Should be building mine this weekend as its due imminently

Cut the upgrades back a bit, Just doing some Dominions, oneup dropper and getting it wrapped for now as I bought a new car this week as well so funds arn't as high as they were. 😂

For those with transmission shifting issues... I can't find it on SRAM's site but I have found they suggest setting up derailleur/chain tension at sag for frames that have more than average rearward wheel travel/chain growth. SRAM doesn't explicitly say which models fall into this but it may be worth a try, it helped with my Crestline which falls into this grey area and the EDruid looks like it would too.

Goddam that's appalling what's going on there. What country are you in. Maybe you need to look at a Velduro they might be available before then

Tbh I have my eye on a coil suspension tech to be precise but the vivid is performing pretty bloody well as I learn the bike
I have gone for the push vtx I’ll let you know how that goes on mine

Does this setup involve removing the derauler ?

The druid e has minimal rearward wheel travel.
My dreadnought v2 has more, and did not require setup at sag with gx transmission.

Picking my s3 core 1 up at the weekend… been a long ol wait but glad I held firm 🤣
I was on the first order too. Supposed to be due mid August. All I heard from the shop last week I ordered from was it’s massively delayed. No new eta or anything. Hoping mine shows up soon! Really losing hope now 😂

Couldn’t swap the mounting hardware from the vivid to my Fox coil shock so build is only 90% complete for now. Only did one 20 minute lap, but need to isolate some rattling/clacking noise, hope I can alleviate it with some foam insulation on the hoses inside, rattling was so loud it was distracting from the experience, bike feels really great though

Are you running the podium at 160 or 170? I know it’s been brief.. but how do you like it?

Curious how you get along with the rattle. I hear it occasionally on mine. Not as distracting as you found , but still would like to figure out a reduction if possible

It’s a 160 but I’ve thought about getting a 170 airspring for it, just wanted to try the stock travel settings/geo and see how that got on. Podium feels really good and stuck to the crown, need to fiddle with the settings some more but was hard to focus on that vs the frame itself and especially how distracting the clacking was on the bike, I hope it’s not the motor itself as I would definitely try to have this thing warrantied if I can’t fix the issue adding foam in the frame and under the screen
