Yes, if you do the VPN/NZ, you should have 28mph by default. No need to set to Class 3. I'm in the US so no need for me to do the VPN/NZ.

Region? You don't. You use a vpn when pairing and it figures out the speed of the region.

same problem for me and another friend of mine after updating to the latest firmware. In US also. Missing the speed limit setting in the menu.

What is also weird, my bike has a temperature setting for display, but it seems its outside temp. Not motor temperature

Now in the app I can find motor temperature, but not under display settings. Like others ive seen.

Hi Winford, my AmFlow Carbon PL just arrived from Alibaba. I live in the USA Should I update the firmware at all or should I VPN to New Zealand and update the firmware?

I would prefer not to have a speed limit.
Or if I have a really old firmware version would would I be missing out on a lot of the Better features includes including the 1000 watts and I’d be better off updating to New Zealand. I understand the US firmware you have to change it to 28 mph every time you turn on the bike.

Yes, which is fine, i like keeping my motor cooler because its so hot outside. The updates are worth it.

I just unboxed the bike it has
firmware V00.11.03.04 what’s the latest firmware? This one has the 1000watt feature and the smooth shift.
At the beginning of this thread, it looks like there’s a v00.11.03.05 version
What you get with a bike is very impressive torque wrench locking tool shock pump. Here’s some pictures.
Although I did get a scratch, somehow, the rear wheel hub hit the frame.

Is there touchup paint available in Silver for the PL Carbon somehow the rear wheel scratched the frame during shipment?

@Winford latest software region specific, usa class 3 speed limit 28mph but can you still access 1000W in Turbo mode?
Class 3 option only shows up when bike paired in USA?
