Got my motor wet and it won’t work
It’s been a few weeks and it still not working.
Maybe I can try drying it out by keeping it near a heater vent….
Has anyone found a new motor online?
All I see are aliexpress and eBay online

The usual stuff, put it in a bucket, pour some (fresh) cat litter over it and keep the bucket somewhere warm.
Or use a hair drier for a while, then repeat at intervals. However, the problem is most unlikely to be inside the motor. Are you sure it's the motor and not the battery, or the various connections, maybe the display?

Thanks for the advice
I think it’s not the battery because i tried different batteries.
The display is working fine.
I am going to take the motor out of my wife’s bike since she rarely rides.
In the meantime I took the broken motor to the shop so they can plug it into the diagnostic thing.

I took the motor out and gave it to a shop, they sent to shimano so I’m hoping they can replair or replace it.
In the meantime I’m taking the Motor out of my wife’s bike since she never rides it. Ha ha
