Had the same issue with my Teewing. If you really want it. Get it from Canberra. That's what I did.

Because it's a new NSW legislation. The bureaucracy is struggling to keep up and certify the new bikes.

Yes. Thats exactly what I did. Have ordered one but they didn't have any in stock, it will take them 2 weeks to get it. I rang a 99 bikes in West Gosford, NSW and they said they had them in stock but couldn't sell them yet.
