Decathlon Rockrider E-ST900

Did the allround display replace the marquadt? Decathlon's photos show the marquadt but the pdf manual shows the allround. Is there any significant difference between them in functionality and usability?

The new bikes come with the beautiful square-round "allround"
Is is better in any way than the old spaceship marquardt.

Except it detects the pedalmagnet-hack.
But that's something for the derestrict-section.

They are plug- and- play interchangable, the mileage is stored in the motor.

I'm male but picked up a woman's one of these as it's £400 less than the mens. Other than colourway the main difference is 680mm bars v 720mm and a 60mm stem v 70 to 90mm. Slightly different saddle. I believe the crank length and frame geometry are the same. I'm 5'8" and went for a large due to availability. I've not had chance to ride it since I got it home but went up and down in the shop. Does anyone think I've made the right or wrong choice and should I have gone for a medium. First eMTB
Hi I also bought the women’s version as little difference in spec and absolute bargain price. I love it but I’m 5’7.5 and do struggle having put on an ncx seatpost alongside the 2.8 plus tyres. The lowest setting is an inch or so too high for simple leg over! However once tyres wear and need to be replaced I’ll put in narrower tyres which should reduce the height slightly making mounting less cumbersome. I trialled small but was too upright in position. Seat choice is very individual but I found the women’s saddle mounted on ncx seat post is perfect. The power and ride is brilliant. I constantly smile throughout my time on it. Love it!!

Has anyone got access to a pc application that can extract information like this (Decatools)?

Hi Everyone, first post here, came across the forum after buying a E-ST 900 and saw the post on previous page about the badass 4 module, i contacted the manufacturer and they said it should work fine so took the chance and bought one, i've just fitted it today and i managed to hit 30mph on the flat no problem (using gps) but my legs were spinning so fast I couldnt really go much faster, I am an overweight 48 year hence the need for a E-Bike :) its totally transformed the bike for me so I have now ordered a 38T chainring to hopefully help out with that, but im so glad I took the chance with the badass unit as I tried the cheap magnet option which gave errors after about 200m, i did a 21 mile ride today with it on and all good!
Glad I came across your post. I've been struggling to find something to derestrict my EST900. I'm returning the Speedbox that doesn't work and switching to the Badassbox 4. Apparently chips in the motor don't work for Decathlon ebikes. Good shout, thanks!
