I've had a cube stereo emtb for about 8 months ridden less than 500 miles. I recently noticed chain cassette stopped spinning freely causing chain noise spinning on front chainring. Took it into local bike shop and they have told me the rear hub on the fulcrum wheel has gone oval shaped and no longer round??? Told I'll need a new wheel already!!! Apparently, nothing I've done wrong but possibly that components that were designed for analogue bikes might not be able to withstand weight and power of ebikes. Does anyone have a similar experience?
