I think you're missing the clasp on the derailleur, pretty sure it's on the derailleur not the power cable or battery.
Yep bad wording long day lol.see above post
Found it in the bottom of the shipping box
Still working w Troydon on the pairing issue .i can’t power it up until we figure out who’s account it’s on.
hes thinking one of the builders overseas

Does anyone elses forged frame have a patch of non forged carbon finish near the chain guide? Assuming it's a structural thing but just wanted to make sure before I reach out to T

I was going to use my reach adjust headset cups from my rs180.
Will they work raising stack height or would just lowering stem compensate

The new headtube is about 10mm longer
What are guys using?

I work in the carbon composites manufacturing industry and this is a normal process when molding non-carbon (metallic) materials to carbon composite components. Looks like they used material that strengthened and allowed for installation of chain guide.

Gotcha, I figured it was structural for the chain guide mounting, that makes sense!

Wasn't sure this day would ever come, but they are in stock now...

Just scooped up the "shuttle guard" to cover the hole left in the ridewrap kit!

Hope this helps others in the same dilemma.. you are cordially invited to chuck gravel onto the frame!!
Crap, I missed it and now they are out of stock again. Fml! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Anyone tries the 160mm setting? Ooc how does it feel compare to 180mm
I don’t know why anyone would want to do that. There is no downside for running full travel like on a regular bike. It’s better to have the travel and not need it, than to need it but not have it.

To add to this, even though it's a 180mm travel, it's a very versatile bike that performs well on all types of trails. I am really impressed on how well my S180 climbs and rides on groomed singletrack and flowy stuff. Can only imagine how well the Avinox powered RS181.2 will climb!

Got frame 1/50!

Didnt come with a guide cable for the axs power plug. Been trying stuff for 3 hours. Probably going to have to give up on that cable. Bummer.
#1 is awesome, congratz!!

Is the plastic guide tube in the box? Try going from the bb area up into the chainstay with the flexible plastic guide. Look through the hole to see it coming up then grab it with a small hook to pull it through. Once the guide is through you can tie it to the cable, I wrapped tape around the connection to help it slip through the holes to pull it back to the motor.

Hope this helps.. If you give up on the cable, @Heckler Sb130 would gladly give it a home!!

Heckler, can your repair the damaged sram cable with some soldering perhaps?
