Charging status 95% after all night charge, then jumps to 100% after unplugging/plugging

Last few charges, battery never seems to be 100% after an overnight charge. The last 5 have probably ranged between 95%-99%.

If I unplug the charger, then reconnect, after 5/10 mins, it seems to be at 100%.

I've had a quick look and battery says health is 100% and i've done 15 charge cycles. Bike is a Levo comp 2018, firmware 2.17.1

Just looking for a few pointers before going to the dealer as they're don't appear to be the most clued up of places!
