Chain ring removal Trance e+2 2019

The fitting for the crank arm is different to my other bikes (hollow tech 2) and I’m not sure how to remove it to get access to the chain ring? Any dummies guide would be great Also, what tools will I need? There appears to be some sort of locking ring on it?

Are you sure you need to remove the crank arms to remove the chain ring??? It was not necessary on my fathom e+2 2019 and some pictures of trance e+2 2019 I have seen looks the same. You just need to remove the allen bolts and slide the chainring through the pedal out.
