Cassette question..

Does anyone know if there are any issues with going from a Shimano slx 12 speed 10-51 to a SRAM GX 12 speed 10-50 (new wheelset with XD freehub) will the one tooth difference be a problem, will any rear mech tuning be needed?

I believe the spacing is the same on the cassette but the b screw adjustment will have to be checked against the biggest pulley for trouble free shifting
The Slx is more tolerant so should be fine with a tweak and check, the inside cage is marked so just align
I do not believe limit screws need adjusting - though always good to check with cable off

It will work but it’s not ideal.
You will need a SRAM chain as well and probably a SRAM chainring.
I would recommend to change your freehub to microspline and keep the full Shimano setup
