I've managed to mangle some teeth on my SRAM PG 1210 SX cassette and will need to replace it. At the moment I'm struggling to find anywhere that has one i stock and I was wondering if there is anything else that will be a direct replacement. I've found Sunrace and Clarks cassettes along with a lot of strangely named things on Amazon so I wondered if anyone had experience of changing brands ? I'd even consider loosing a cog or two and going for a ten or eleven speed set up if it were plausible. Any thoughts ?

My 2020 Stance E+ came with 10S, 36 front with 11-42, tires are 27+.
I do not use the 11T so you should be OK with 9 or 10S if you opt for that.

I've tried a few Sunrace cassettes and found they worked well, though some report they dont wear as long.

A deore 10 speed with an XT shifter added for snappy shifting wont break the bank, comes in two flavors, 11-42 and 11-46 and should work swimmingly. The only piece of this recipe I've not tried first hand, is the deore derailleur but reviews on them are good.
