California prime e-mtb destinations for a 5-day vacation?

Just as the title says it Just got a Specialized Turbo Levo and I'm dying to take it somewhere with "big" rides for a few days. Prefer to stay in one place, but can travel with car.

Downieville is on my list! There seems to be a huge ebike legit trail system there.
California is a mtb dream destination but there is a lot of conflict about trail access...
