Hi everyone,
My CUBE Stereo Action Team 160 2019 has been back in the local bike shop for a replacement out-of-warranty new Bosch CX Gen2 motor for the last three weeks now. Does anyone know if there is massive a backlog to get Gen2 CX motors shipped from Germany, specifically to Dublin Ireland? Are Gen2's still in production?
With a rolling two year warranty, I'd imagine Bosch will have to still produce their Gen2 CX motors for their client base requests within the two year warrenty period, into infinity. Hopefully I'm right in my assumption.
Has anyone tried to order a replacement Gen2 CX recently in Ireland? What was the turn around time for you?
I know this will vary massively for UK deliveries, but Ireland is still in the EU, so Brexit shouldn't affect us.
