Bosch CX motor gen?

How do you determine what version of Bosch CX motor your bike is running?

Turn the bike off. Then, holding down the + and - buttons on the Purion display, press the power on button and the display will scroll through all the firmware and hardware version numbers.

Or if you just mean is it a Gen 2 or a Gen 4 (the ones used on Mountain bikes). Then visually the Gen 4 will have a normal sized chain ring and the gen2 will have a tiny chain ring...
