BLEvo acc settings how to

I changed the ACC settings to 0 on my app and it doesn't get rid of the run on after I've stopped peddling. It's been on that setting for two rides and still doesn't seem to work. What am I doing wrong?

I don't think the roll on is caused by the acc, what is Shuttle set at?

The shuttle is set at 0.
