Battery charging problem

2019 giant e +Pro Battery won't charge past 60% any one else had this problem

I have not... but I've only had the bike like 2 weeks LOL. Do you charge on the bike or take out the battery and charge it by itself? I usually charge the battery by itself off the bike...

Yeah, had the same issue 2 months ago when new.

LOL on the lack of details on that charger. I ended up calling Giant direct & took the customer service guy a couple hours to figure out

Haha, I think most of us have been caught out by this. Mine was fine for the first few charges then all of a sudden ‘orange ‘ light! Then the battery won’t charge any further. I thought there was something wrong with the bike!

There actually a feeble mention about it in the manual, buried in all sorts of rah rah about other chargers for other bikes.

You’d think for the amount of money we’re paying for these things that we could at least get a dedicated operator handbook.

Who’s gonna read a generic manual and sift through mostly irrelevant guff?
