Anyone mulleted a jam2 plus?

I'm tempted to swap my front 27.5 plus wheel/tyre for a 29er, has anyone dont it this way round? ive seen a few posts of people running a 27.5 rear wheel on the back of a Nine but not so much the other way round. the 2.8 tyres feel a little floaty

Yes I think many have gone this route. I'm currently running 2.6" front and back 27.5/29". I'll probably go to a 2.5" on the front because it appears the Maxxis I buy is lighter in that size for some reason and my front is only 28.5mm id. I love how the reverse mullet helps over tech sections and my setup puts me pretty close to 65 deg fork angle for my medium 2018 Jam2 plus C bike.
