I replaced my hub. But the original is very similar to the DT Swiss hubs. Just remove the wheel, and the freehub slides off. There are 6 pawls. You can use a press to remove the bearings. You really don't need a diagram. The freehub even goes back on by just rotating it anti-clockwise, and the pawls fold down and go in.Has anyone lubed their rear hub yet? Is it like a DT Swiss or I9 hub?
@Amflow_Support - A diagram would be helpful if one exists.
Otherwise, no issues to report after 800 miles other than burning through Continental tires.
Thank you
Thank you @Astro66! I've service DT (240/350) and I9 hubs. It sounds more familiar to the later. I'll take pics during the process if others care to see before diving in.I replaced my hub. If you have serviced a DT Swiss hub. It's almost the same.
Please advise the function of the red power button on the bottom of the actual battery?
Also does the battery 'go to sleep' if the bike is left for 2 months?

Hi, thank you for your inquiry!where is the frame (serial) number located on the Amflow PL frame?
Hi there, thank you for your inquiry!Hello amflow,
Are you guys planning to make a range extender? Or is there a way for a 3rd party to make a range extender? It would be amazing to have because with so much power, it would be nice to have a little more capacity.
Also, if you guys ever decide to make an enduro bike (or even if not), it would be cool if you could make a slightly larger battery option that companies could choose to use (like 1000wh or even 1200wh if it doesn’t get too heavy).
Thank you!
Hello, thank you for being present on this forum. For 2026, is it conceivable to see a more entry-level model? Aluminum or not? Indeed, many brands will have this engine with a starting price of around $4500/$5000. Regards.Hi there, thank you for your inquiry!
We’re sorry, but we don’t have any updates on a range extender at the moment. We also do not recommend using third‑party battery extenders, as the current Avinox hardware and firmware do not support them. Use of unauthorized battery extenders may lead to product malfunctions and void your warranty; in extreme cases, it could damage components or pose a fire hazard.
We truly appreciate your suggestion about larger‑capacity batteries (such as 1000 Wh or 1200 Wh). We will record your feedback and pass it on to our product team for future consideration.
Thank you for your understanding and support!

If you sold a battery extender or authorized Trailwatts to make one, you would sell more bikes.Hi there, thank you for your inquiry!

Doubt it, Amflow bikes ar everywhere here. Easily the most common Eeb at the moment. If you sold a battery extender or authorized Trailwatts to make one, you would sell more bikes.
It all depends on trails. Try riding 8000ft vert all on turned down eco. I ride in eco all the time and drain a battery no problem. I know of at least 5 of my buddies that would own one if they had an extender. They all bought Levos or Orbeas with extenders.Doubt it, Amflow bikes ar everywhere here. Get plenty range and climbing out a 800wh as well, unless you just want to rip around derestricted in Turbo all day![]()
Where did you find trails with 8,000ft vertical? Share Strava segment. It all depends on trails. Try riding 8000ft vert all on turned down eco. You can use any SIM card you'd like, connectivity part of the system is not related to the registration of the bike through VPN.So if I live in the USA and have told my Avinox through VPN its somewhere else so I can go on my legal class 3, 29 mph roadways, Can I also run a SIM card and get the theft protection etc , or will that cause a location conflict? (sorry if this has been covered elsewhere.) Thank you.
Thank you very much! You can use any SIM card you'd like, connectivity part of the system is not related to the registration of the bike through VPN.
Yep. Region is set when you pair a phone to the bike, and uses the Ip Address location of the pairing phone. Once paired the region will never change unless you unpair it, and re-pair to a phone with a different IP connection zone. You can use any SIM card you'd like, connectivity part of the system is not related to the registration of the bike through VPN.
All seems good for me the next day. App just started working as usual, connected with my bike and updated.![]()
Avinox app and motor updates ....Some having issues?
Seeing a lot of posts on social of people having issues after updating to the newest app release, v1.3.26. Mine seemed to work but many others are now locked out and the app is asking for a 15 digit code (it's not the pairing QR)? Also got a motor update notification for ver. 00.14.0103, has...www.emtbforums.com
