Thank you for sharing your concern about the bike turning off too soon. In the General settings on your control display, you can choose to set the auto-off time to 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour. This should help prevent the problem from happening again.

Thank you, that’s a good idea, I’ll look into that but I’d actually like to be able to turn the bike off for security reasons if possible.
In an ideal world, I’d like a ‘resume’ button when I turn the bike back on.

SUGGESTION - CHARGE RATE ADJUSTMENT - Would it be possible to add an option to manually select a slower charge rate? - the charger currently draws nearly 450Watts on 240v supply which is too much for a lot of portable power banks. It would be nice to optionally allow it to charge at a lower rate for more compatibility.

Because, which is really hard to understand, after about 350km the bearings in the rear hub are noticeably worn and not running smoothly... It's really totally unacceptable to have to change the bearings after 350km... Very disappointing...

The DJI Power 1000 can indeed be used to power the Amflow bikes. However, regarding a specific adapter, we currently do not have that information available at this time.

We recommend that you may consult with a bike shop for assistance.

Dear customer, our motor uses an ISIS crank interface, and both the Amflow PL and PL Pro have a chainline of 55mm. You can add a BCD104 bashguard, but we can't say which one will fit because it depends on how thick the bashguard is. Your local bike shop should be able to help with that.
We hope this info helps clear up any concerns.

Just reading through this thread and this is going to cause some real issues. Is dji saying their motor is designed for this? When you mount a bash guard on a chain ring you have to look at what happens to the forces of actually using that bash guard. Is the dji spider and the motor designed to take the hit ? On a meat powered Mtb the bash guard is bolted to the cranks, on a e bike the chain ring bash guard mounted on a hollow shaft on micro bearings that spins around the crank bb shaft. Is the dji motor unit spider designed to take an impact of the combined weight of the rider and the bike into a big rock?

I’ve done over 900miles on my Amflow, and it’s simply brilliant.
I’ve had a Trek Rail, Santa Cruz Heckler before this plus test rides and riding my mates bikes and the Amflow is hands down, my favourite bike.

But don’t believe me, I don’t want them everywhere like Levo’s, y’all carry on believing it’s a rubbish bike and full of gimmicks…….!
And yes, it’s not for everyone as it’s a trail bike……but for what myself and friends do, it’s 100% perfect.

Yeah, exactly, the original question was about the HUB bearings, then Amflow replied and said they didn't know but would check, and then finally they got back with a useless non-sequiter about the frame bearing kit. The real answer is that they used random generic parts for the Amflow builds (which may or may not be up to the task...there are actually some really good generic parts), but they know nothing about them as they are a newly formed bike company. As a result, they are unable to provide useful info on anything other than the motor and frame.

I tried an old race face bash 36t that is around 5/6mm thick and it doesnt fit. Maybe something 2/3mm thick could fit.

I still cannot get a delivery date from the Store.

We apologize for the delay in response. The latest confirmed information regarding the Amflow PL Carbon Pro is as follows:

The Front wheel uses bearings with an inner diameter of 18mm, an outer diameter of 30mm, and a width of 7mm, totaling 2 pieces of SB-18307 bearings.

The FREE HUB of the rear wheel uses bearings with an inner diameter of 17mm, an outer diameter of 26mm, and a width of 5mm, totaling 3 pieces of SB-6803 bearings.

For the HUB SHELL on the rear wheel, it requires bearings with an inner diameter of 17mm, an outer diameter of 30mm, and a width of 7mm, using 2 pieces of SB-6903 bearings.

Furthermore, both the inner and outer rings of the bearings are made of bearing steel.

I raise this concern as your website says it can deliver the same bike to me within 5 weeks, and I have been waiting more than 6 weeks for the bike store.

I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I’ve noticed a rattling noise coming from my AmFlow motor, which I’ve ridden for about 300 km now. Initially, I suspected it might be due to the cables in the frame, but I’ve since observed that the rattling only occurs when the motor isn’t under load. For instance, when I ride over roots, the noise is noticeable; however, as soon as I apply power—while going over roots—the sound disappears.

I had expected the motor to operate quietly, especially while descending trails, as I deliberately chose AmFlow to avoid the kind of noise produced by systems like Shimano. Could you please advise whether this rattling noise is normal, or should I consider contacting my dealer for a possible replacement?

Amflow Customer Support have got back to me and told me that the bike will not be delivered until early May. How is that possible, when I ordered the bike 6 weeks ago, and if I order one today from your website, the site says it will be delivered on the 28th of April ?

I am extremely disappointed with your ordering process, when I was told it should be 6-8 weeks delivery.

It gives me very little confidence if there are issues in the future, when this is the service delivered, once you took my deposit.
