Admin Help? My bike add has disappeared after editing and saving?

Hi, hoping an admin can help - was updating my wife's Trek Rail 7 advert with a price drop and more photos, but on saving it's now disappeared from the sale section and from my content list?!

Ad URL was after saving/previewing (I think) - https://www.emtbforums.com/communit...ium-7-mths-old-price-drop-£3-500-fixed.23397/

No sure why it disappeared after clicking save?
Do I need to redo the advert from scratch?

UPDATE - Just spotted this when I rechecked, so guess just needs approved by a mod.
"Awaiting approval before being displayed publicly."
