Don’t forget the larger bearing needed to handle the side thrust created by the helical gearing and if not a different bearing setup, will the existing bearing handle the side load over the same number of user hours ?

There are no side loaded bearings for this part, it is all thrust washers and surfaces. Can't see side load being an issue with this setup.
