2020 KHS 6555+E Shimano Steps E8000 power cutout!

Hey riders out there. I bought 2 of these bikes a little over a year ago. Since then both of us have power off issues while riding trails. Most of the time it happens is while raging through rock gardens or huckin jumps. So after bike shuts off we would pull over and turn bike back on wich hasnt been a problem but inconvenient. Any help is much appreciated!

It could be that the battery holder needs adjusting to clamp the battery tighter.

another option could be that the alignment of the speed sensor is slightly off.

finally check all connections are tight and no loose wiring
