Levo Gen 2 2019 levo expert wont turn on

Got a 2019 levo expert that won't turn on unless I unplug battery from motor then turns on and off fine leave it a few hours won't turn on again until unplug cable again does this everytime u leave bike a while checked cable no crap in it and like I said everytime its switched off for a while it does this.

check TCU connectors at TCU and at the motor. TCU is powered by the motor...so possible fault connection there
