2017 Levo motor connection issue

Wondering if anyone has constant problems with motor connection, especially after removing the battery to recharge. I’ve tried cleaning with air, applying dielectric grease, and connecting/reconnecting.

I’ve had to fix my command dropper post several times due to the seat not staying in fixed position, so I’m also wondering if the dropper post cable interferes with anythjng from the motor to battery connection?

Any help or advice is appreciated as half of the time, the motor will not engage.

I doubt its the dropper, maybe try the power cable between battery and motor. You can remove the non drive side cover and check/clean. I am sure others have had similar issues ?
