Just picked up a Wild FS H25, love the bike! Not sold on the rockshox 35 fork though. Looking to go to a zeb or fox 38, anybody bumped up the travel to 170 on the fork?

no but when fitted my smashpot coil conversion into the 38 I think I *could have* configured it to give 170mm, but chose not to and just stuck with the 160mm
would be interested to see how it alters the geo, if it does?

I believe it would slack the head and seat angle something like half a degree, which with this bike being a little on the conservative side geo wise doesnt seem like a bad thing to me.

Would raise the bb by a few mm, slacken the head and seat angle by approx 0.5 deg, shorten the reach by a couple of mm.

I have one Wild FS on it's way in, I plan on swapping my Fox 38 170mm travel fork from my Devinci AC over to the Wild FS. Can't wait to try it out, I also have a DHX2 that I'm putting on it too.

I should start a new thread but does anyone here the fork steerer length on a size Large?

In case anyone is wondering. Stock steerer length on a size Large is about 180mm or 7.125".
