Thanks to an accident two months ago I popped a couple of discs around the L4/5/S1 area. It's not been fun. I'm itching to get back on the bike but worried about making it worse. Anyone had experience of this? How long did it take before you were back on the emtb?

I'm wanting to change the rear axle for a quick release one. It's 148x12 but any idea where I find what thread it is? Bike is a cube stereo hybrid 160 action team 2022.

So 'official' rim tape is quite expensive for what it is. Using gorilla tape or duct tape is nasty to get off, leaves a lot of sticky residue behind. I can't remember where I was told about this tape but I gave it a try and it's awesome. Seals perfectly, leaves no residue behind when removing...

Has anyone heard anything on the grapevine when these will be arriving on our shores? I'm not even sure they've been released in europe yet, not a single video on youtube of one or a review. Plenty of 140's around which look very similar.

Been trying to compare bikes, is there anything I'm missing? It seems to tick a lot of boxes. The only issue is not being able to try before you buy.
