People act like its such a big deal because it's utter garbage. Broke twice on my Wild. Almost severed all of my hoses. You need four hands to assemble it. If you want to change stem you must buy other hardware. Adds a ton of work to a bearing change. Even a simple fork swap is triple the work 💩

The new model barely looks any different. 95% of riders never adjust the geo anyway. Who told you it's the best bike you can buy? This is far from true. All that matters is if it's the correct bike for you....

Yes, I changed my air spring from 160 to 170 and noticed no downsides. If you want more comfort from the bike just skip the X2 and get a coil. The Rockshox wont fit the Wild and IMO the Fox coil isn't great. The Ohlins is a great, low fuss coil and I found thier coil calculator to be spot on.

They don't weigh the same. The only way to get a full power bike to the weight of a genuine SL is to put flimsy components on it and a tiny battery.

I'm 96kg and find it has good power. It has more power than most other SL motors and has MUCH better range for the battery size.

Only somebody who has never owned a SL would say this.

Next question is size. I'm 5'8" and on the edge of M & L The S2 is similar to My Wild in many dimensions except the stack. The S3 grows some measurements a LOT. Thinking the S2 but the reach is still very short. The RAD is also short.

Oz is low volume and not a priority. Also the distributor is being very conservative with orders. Nobody here is buying. You could walk into a store today and buy a Vala now in Australia. Other countries have a wait list.
