I've never had particularly good balance. Being 6'5" might explain a bit of this I guess, but I am wondering how to improve.
The places I struggle are along trails where I am in a narrow rut. Anything narrower than around 7 or 8" wide and I just struggle to keep balanced and straight. So often...
Really enjoying my e150RS, but boy, does it collect mud. How are you owners finding it around the rear linkages and back of the motor housing? I find it quite difficult to clean around there.
(I've also found my invisiframe is peeling off around the rear tyre/chain stay areas, which is annoying...
My bike cost me a significant sum, so I need to look after it. My intention is to basically clean/lube it etc after every ride (so basically every Sunday afternoon). I actually enjoy the process...to a point.

Very frustrating to hear about the new Bosch system. My 2022 Whyte e150RS is already out of date. This sort of thing was my biggest concern with jumping on the eMTB bandwagon. It was obviously going to happen at some point, but I’d hoped more than two months.

When I first installed my Vault pedals, I could have sworn there was a washer on each. Can anyone confirm, and if so, are they necessary? If so, I'll need to source some spares.
At 6’5”, with a 31” waist and a 36” leg, I struggle even to get jeans etc. Anyone out there with similar dimensions have a recommendation for long MTB trousers? I’m sick of getting nettled to bits with shorts ?
Never had one before. I opted for a Pro Bike Tool kit from Amazon, but the measurements are so difficult to see, I don't trust it.
TBH, I may just stick to "If it feels right, it'll do" and "If it slips, do it a bit tighter".
Now that I have dropped several months salary on an ebike, I intend to look after it more than I have with previous bikes.

I did my first proper ride at the weekend around Christmas Common. Pretty muddy, but great fun. I covered around 20-25 miles I think. Probably around 5 of those were errors of map reading, but on an eMTB, I just didn't care!

Treated myself/head to a new helmet. It's been 15 years, so thought it was overdue. I got the Kask Rex which seems quite comfy and fits me well.
Now, it has a GoPro mount on the top, and it is protected by a cover. Any clue how to get this cover off?
