Specialized Turbo Levo Comp Alloy is this a torque sensor or sprag clutch issue or.....?

that isn’t normal . I’d suggest send to ebike motor centre if you are in the uk, or equivalent in the US. i wouldn’t be too worried, my last fix for sprag clutch was £106 posted back to me although obviously no guarantee yours is the same issue ( sounds like it)

Yes I have one after I kept breaking deluxes. It's been faultless.

Swinley Forest - the Summit bike skills area

Went a few months ago. Its pretty good fun. Nearly all sand so does well in the rain too. there are a string of straight jumps/gaps to practice on and a few more challenging lines. Good for a few hours but you wouldnt spend all day there. I'd go to the summit and then head to the downhill...

SRAM AXS - b tension screw keeps winding out

I have SRAM AXS Eagle on a 2024 kenevo. The B tension screw keeps winding out every few rides. Not just a bit, all the way out, the jockey wheels hit the cassette! I took it out, cleaned it with a wire brush and made everything clean, blue loctited it, and adjusted it and put a dot of...

Winter boots must be waterproof !,,

I use gaitors for the bit inbetween boots and trousers. Works well. https://www.millets.co.uk/products/trekmates-glenmore-gore-tex-gaiters-black-326443?variant=56194597355868&srsltid=AfmBOor1bOFOlsB655zGsi5Ae52kDT9ikI7wcRCLc5OjeQizpODKepqR_VQ

Levo Gen 3 Dropper post sticks

You havent stated which bike you have. Assuming levo, there are 3 cable clips under the shock, take the shock off and loosen these. push the cable from the lever end and pull the cable from around the shock area. You then have to edge the post up an inch or so at a time, repeating this...

Need advice/help: New Turbo Levo delivered damaged - IBKBIKE (Spain) refusing to help

So what is fedex's view on this? Is there insurance/compensation for damage? has a claim been put in?

Kenevo Gen1 Official 2020 Kenevo Owners Thread

you need to take the shock off, loosen the cable clamps, and then push the cable from the handle bar end, whilst gently lifting the post out of the tube. Last week I had to resort to using long nose pliers on the cable outer around the shock area though.

Need advice/help: New Turbo Levo delivered damaged - IBKBIKE (Spain) refusing to help

I disagree, this is a suggested response to the issue the shop have presented. By all means check with the shop first before doing it. Is it really realistic to expect the owner to rip off the wrap etc and send the whole bike back unnecessarily?

Need advice/help: New Turbo Levo delivered damaged - IBKBIKE (Spain) refusing to help

order a 2nd bike exactly the same, from the same dealer. Swap the forks, and send the new bike back complete with damaged fork.

Bike Setup + Trail Conditions Intelligence App Beta Testers needed

I'd like to test this please? Planning on a lot of riding over coming weeks as I'm currently out of work as of tomorrow :) A weather history would be good. Surrey needs a good few days to dry out, some parts are better than others. I currently do this in my head by checking weather...

    eMTB Cleaning / Motor protection

This is good advice. I use dry brush, wet cloth. I also use a wet vac to remove dust. This method doesnt really do the paint much good, but its that or the bearings. The chain and cassette gets a good clean however. Also check this out Frequently Asked Questions & Answers - eBike Motor...

    2020 Turbo Levo Drivetrain Upgrade

That would make 1st harder. I am on a 36, and I think 34 might be the sweet spot. You'll need a modified chain guide. If you arent derestricted I can't see how you would ever need a 38.

    2020 Turbo Levo Drivetrain Upgrade

I'd recommend XT with a 34 or 36 front chainring. Smoother shifting, quieter, and needs a lot less adjustment

Levo Gen 2 Levo 2020 - Seatstay Horst Pivot Bolt Lost - Replacement only possible by very expensive Pivot Bolt Kit ?

I've done the same and bought the kit. Used several pieces so far. You are pretty much stuffed without it if you break something doing some maintenance etc otherwise.
