The boost issues sound odd, today will be my maiden voyage if time allows so I am unsure if I have this issue or not.

I am in the office but trying to look into it now without the bike so I am unable to test or confirm stuff.

However I noticed on their "Assist Modes" video a note saying Boost mode needs to be enabled on some models in the "Custom Assist Modes" setting:

Then it briefly talks about a "boost local enhancement" setting, which seems to align with the mode you are in, eg. if it's off you get nothing. Maybe if this is disabled you get the full boost regardles of mode?

Looks like the button to "activate boost" is there as well. I would try the settings below to see if anything changes, and even try the "Reset Boost mode" to see if this wakes things up.

The last try maybe to create a custom assist mode with full boost.. wish I had the bike here, hope this helps! 🤷‍♂️

Any use ?
I looked at this last night and found it not useful. I’ve only tried boost on my street, not riding up hill. I’ve tried it with that enhancement both ways.

No perceivable boost yet.

Anyone know how to confirm dropout specs? 29” or 27.5”, 450, 455 etc. I don’t see any markings. Are they marked on the area hidden against the frame once installed? Anyway to confirm frame size?

My dropouts are marked on the inside. The brake adapter is also marked, as it is specific to the dropout.

Curious if you tried the "Reset Boost Mode" function?

I’ve been looking all over for the markings and haven’t found anything yet. Can you be more specific-if you remember the spot where they are printed on?

Why not run the display wire thru the top tube instead of the brake line?

And yes, taking the battery out of this bike is a total pain in the ass. Nothing like my canyon where I can just flip the bike over, take the motor cover off and pull on nylon strap at the end of the battery as it slides out easily along the battery rails.
The display cable has non removable plugs on both ends. That and the flexy cable would make almost impossible to go through the top tube. It’s just too tight to make it go through the bends that it needs to. That’s why, as I’ve already posted twice about in this same thread, if you have 3 or 4 cables, I would suggest the brake and shifter cables go through the top tube and the display and dropper go through the down tube. This is much cleaner and easier to take the battery in and out. 🍻

I tried everything.

Went for my first ride today and no boost. Tried all the options over and over. Just feels like the motor goes off.

Has any one checked the larger forum at large for advice? Maybe I will.

Everything means you updated your firmware as well?

What about raising the torque/watts limits to the max per the mode you are in while attempting to boost?

..Thinking maybe something to do with local boost enhancement which I dont fully understand just yet to be honest.
