Rail (625Wh) 2020 Trek Rail 7 625 battery replacement

Hello after a fun filled 11000 miles/17700 km adventure my battery seems to have about 20% less range, i've seen what looks like a great deal at bikeable for €576,99 vat and delivery to Portugal included, however the product number differs by 2, 0275007544 (bikeable) versus 0275007546 on my original battery. I've reached out to bikeable but they are already closed for the weekend. Any knowledge here on this? TIA! Mark

0275007544 is vertical, 0275007546 is horizontal, so DON'T BUY IT, it will not fit.
Please tell me how you figured out that battery lost 20%? I have 17000Km and i can't tell any difference.

IIRC (which I may not) there's a way of doing a battery charge "reset". Charge software slowly drifts and does need recalibrating so the displayed loss of 20% may simply be a fairy story. IYSWIM.

It's advertised as the vertical, thanks for clarification on the product code. Bikable
It's cutting out when I have still have a full bar left. My 500 WH spare is not doing that. They do seem to have different programs though, one leaves the light on when it goes dead and the other does not.

Check if your Bosch dealer have a battery checker like this Bosch Battery Capacity Tester , if they do have it they will print a report like in the picture.
