The electric bike shop has Amflow in stock

Try the suspension bolts attached to the shock, a bit of grease will usually help. They were over tightened from factory and creak and click occasionally.

The Birmingham store has these in stock, they’re a bout £5.

The Bosch system sees all connected batteries as one so it bill burn both down simultaneously, but as your Range extender will be smaller than the main battery it will expire first. Your app may show you the level of each battery but I’m not sure.

Sure have total weight was 50kg plus’s the weight of the carrier. most of the time it’s just my bike at 24kg

I agree with Irie above, two things I would check: is there really sufficient gap between the top cap and steerer tube as you’re tightening your top cap is the star nut being pulled out. one bonus suggestion is make sure your headset bearings and expanders are all seated correctly.
