No Boost on my new M2s

The boost mode definitely feels like more power than turbo. I don’t know the exact power but it’s plenty. It’s like pushing the nitro button in a video game. Even a bit scary if you have tech in front of you. Regardless what the power level boost actually is (1300-1500), I think folks will be pleased once they get it working.

My understanding is that boost is basically max everything available with the current configuration. The custom setting goes to up to 1300w/130nm so I don't know what boost is offering beyond that.

What do you have your turbo mode set at?

If it's maxed out like in this screenshot do you still feel anything extra when you hit the button?

I’m not sure what the power is but it feels like it’s a step up of power from turbo. I’ll need to watch the power to see if it goes above 1300. You can’t change the power on boost. And it doesn’t display what the power actually is. It’s either on or off. Troydon stated boost and turbo are the same but after using yesterday, I question that statement.

What bike are you riding, and what is the firmware now? Did you open a ticket with Avinox?
Crestline 181.2 Plaid. I put in a ticket to Avinox and reached out to Crestline. They did respond requesting more info but the update already fixed the issue. Put in a post sales request and screenshot all the model serial numbers. I’m not sure if the ticket helped but the update fixed the issue.

Great news!

Same here. Update came today on my Crestline 181.2, and everything works normally now.
Not me. I get an update notice every morning and install it and nothing happens.

Before update followed by after:

Have any of you that successfully updated got newer versions? Or are the version numbers the same as mine above?

Mine also are the same. I noticed the devices version number didn't change when I did the update.
Cool. I was stuck inside and could not try the update, so I look forward to actually checking it out.

Thanks for replying all of you!

Happy to say I finally tried it and the latest update also worked for me.

It was great having others to commiserate with during such troubling times. Thanks all, even that guy explaining to me the differences between output with different batteries.

My boost isn’t working properly (example eco then clicking into boost does nothing). This is the latest update right?

It seems the issue is resolved by the mobile app (Avinox Ride app), not with software update on Avinox system. Latest Avinox Ride app fixed the Trail mode issue (restored the Power setting).

That was a screenshot from the app. That’s the latest right? Or is there another update I’m missing.
