2026 Yeti LTE

Yeti Range w/ 800 vs 600w battery?
I am looking to switch to the 600 w battery and wonder what range/ elevation people are getting on the LTE with either/both batteries? I find that i ride in the e-mtb plus mode most often and seem to use alot of juice with the stock 800w.
Just had mine. 800wh battery. Im 101kg fully kitted up. I did 34 miles and 4800ft of climbing. I had 18% left.

Bro, you don't have an M2s, 36t isn't the right choice imo and it would render like 3 gears over the speed cut off.
I don't believe the difference between 34t and 36t is even one gear in the cassette. Bosch's speed limitation is the only real factor impacting how high of a gear an LTE user will use. It's not an option with the LTE but I moved to a 36t on my Levo to better utilize the low end of the cassette. I still pretty much only ever go down to 2nd gear even on the steepest climbs. Maybe I need to look into if SRAM sells a smaller T-Type cassette than 10-52?

Yeah. On my Levo I rarely get past 2nd gear on climbs with a 36t. I even considered going to 38 but just haven’t pulled the trigger on it.

This might be a silly question but I’m looking for a little pack that can go on the top tube using the accessory mount. Does anyone have any suggestions or is there a standard size I need to look at to find one?

May 4th I what I've seen... the best news is a fast charger coming later this year. The chain tension feature and traction control are cool. Power wise its meh and no class III enabler.

The chain tensioner is awesome if you love pedal kickback. Taking out any slack in the drivetrain will ensure that you get max kickback.

This morning I was able to update the bike but not the motor.
It seems that YETI has not yet approved the update.
Any news?

Settings -> Components -> Drivetrain

Check if it’s available when your bike is connected.

Hi!
Does anyone know if LTe DT Swiss hub (HXC 1700 wheel) is designed for Ratchet DEG technology?
Please let me know.

I’ve put enough miles on my LTE to definitively say it is the best ebike I’ve ever personally owned. Only complaint is the speed restriction on the Bosch motor. I’ll be looking to change that and once I do, 😍

I don’t have any input on a mullet setup with hard enduro but I’m a big fan of the 29 front and rear. I’ve missed the rollover abilities with 29 front and rear. Not sure why almost all e-bikes are mixed wheels.

End user preference is the answer.

Hi.
My previous bike was mullet (Pivot Shuttle AM '24). I enjoyed a lot.
I trued LTE in mullet version and i was not positively impressed.
Prefer 29 version.
I will try again.

For handling, e-bikes are heavy, so the MX setup brings back a bit of agility and makes the bike feel more playful. But overall, a full 29er is faster and more balanced for trail/enduro riding, especially on analog bikes. World Cup enduro racers all went back to full 29ers after experimenting with mullet setups a few years ago.

Now that e-bike weights are starting to come down a bit, we might see more and more full-power e-bikes running 29” front and rear, just like mid-power bikes already do.
