Tire valve stems?View attachment 180450View attachment 180451View attachment 180452View attachment 180453View attachment 180454View attachment 180455View attachment 180456
Am I missing anything? Coming with Zeb and coil vivid. Cant think of anything else at this time.
Also, 4/9 is supposed to be the day Rockshox drops the new Zeb, maybe shock and I heard new drive train stuff possibly. Something to keep in mind if you’re interested in that new new.View attachment 180450View attachment 180451View attachment 180452View attachment 180453View attachment 180454View attachment 180455View attachment 180456

Tire valve stems?
Yea i have it on my frame order so hoping it’ll be the new fork/shock that the crestline ships with. All that stuff i posted i already have or it’s on the way here. The reserve wheelset comes with the filmore valves. Just trying to think hard if I’m missing anything else. Also, 4/9 is supposed to be the day Rockshox drops the new Zeb, maybe shock and I heard new drive train stuff possibly. Yeah the dropper pack has the cable thankfully lol. I did forget but it was in the box. Was really debating the axs dropper, but I don’t like how the battery looks and having to remember to charge it would be a little annoying. Plus the one up is lighter/cheaper which is a plus. Dang that top cap is sick!Looks like she is going to be a ripper, diggin the build you got going!!
Think you got all the major goodies ready. Maybe you have some tidbits are laying around you didnt mention I will toss em out in case.
Is the dropper cable in one of those packs? I got mine bundled, but should be in one of those packs I'd think.
Tubeless valves and sealant?
Hopefully you got all the tools you need too, and a good stand may be preferable.
However, in my mind the most crucial part I see that is missing, and I would suggest for any Crestline:

I’ll do either e13 155mm or x0 150mmWhat cranks are you guys running? I have a set of 160mm GX cranks but I think I want to run 155s. What’s out there other than srams?

Sleek and sexy, 413 grams which is less than some competitors carbon cranks out there! ($178 with the site promo)
Also the dust cap matches up nicely with the stock e13 36 tooth chainring that comes on this new girl:

Of course there are other options folks are going for out there too..

Same T-Type experience. So easy to set up and for me, it's bullet proof. I've smashed rocks with that thing it looks like it's been through a war. I was riding at dusk in the Peruvian wilderness trying to get to the nest night stop after dealing with bridges being out. Dark and chunky, smacked a rock. Shifting wasn't working right and then realized it was my derailleur that hit the rock. The guide was pissed cause I stopped to fix it and he thought my hanger was bent. After he saw me loosen the axle and saw everything pop back into place and proceed to ride with now flawless shifting, he said he was ordering all his next rental fleet with T-type derailleurs.I think the mixed experiences with T type comes down to home mechanics not setting it up properly. Which is also surprising because I find the whole system amazingly easy to set up; it's one of the top benefits. I've also found them to be more consistent bc they're less prone to being knocked out of alignment. I will say I don't find the overall shifting crisper than cable, it's jsut a different feeling. The shifting speed is as fast as you'd want with the torque of an emtb.
Smoothshift is a game changer for me that I've imagined having since I started mtbing in the 90s. I would deal with any real or perceived negative of T type to be able to shift whenever I want. To set it up once the cord is plugged in you only need to go into the touch screen and select the option.
This has had me wondering about the need for anti kick back devices for the last few weeks. if one has a low engagement hub and the ebike motor is not actually connected to the cranks, how much chain slap is going to be created? On EMTBs the motor drive shaft operates "independently" from the cranks, which allows for features like smooth shifting. The EMTB version of Ochains connects to the motor drive shaft (like the spider image you show), not the cranks like MTBs.
I've been running Forx 155 cranks on my TR Relay for over a year. They are working great!WOW! Never seen these Forx cranks, but they look so damn nice!!

I scooped up the e13 helix in black to match nicely with the included chainring seen below:
e13 site gave me a 15% off promo for $178 and 413 grams.
I like to save weight, and (some?) money!
Lets see them hogs!!This bike is getting the TI 5Dev cranks though. Got them and they look awesome!
Yes and no. The chainring is not "connected" to the cranks when the motor rotates it forward, which allows smoothshift to operate. When the chainring rotates backward due to chainwhip or kickback, it engages the cranks, so the force can be felt in the pedals. Yet when you pedal backwards the chainring is disengaged... it's all magic really. This has had me wondering about the need for anti kick back devices for the last few weeks. if one has a low engagement hub and the ebike motor is not actually connected to the cranks, how much chain slap is going to be created?
I've been getting all my parts ready for this bike and I've decided to leave the chain kick back devices off the list until I get a ride in.
I've been totally stoked on the Yoshimura pedals. So easy to service and $25 rebuild part kit.Lets see them hogs!!
I have their pedals and they are fantastic! I actually took out the center pins to make it easier to adjust my feet. They are crazy thin, but dont have that huge bulge where they thread into the cranks. Hmmm, huge bulge…. Ahh well
I used to love my Tmacs, but I swapped over to the 5devs at lunch one day. Its pretty crazy how big of a difference there is between the two as far as clearance goes. I was able to confidently pedal at spots I normally wouldn’t.
looks to be a shuttle guard. Its also sold separately on the small parts / avcessories on the crestline website. This has probably been answered already, but I can't find the info...
What is this cover on the downtube?
