New 2025 Wild

My Wild build got shifted up another week, to this week actually. Very excited and way ahead of schedule.

I sure hope that my spec is right as I was never provided with a pre-build sheet. Would be beyond bummed if it didn't have the CXr, 600w, Kiox, MX, etc.

For sure. But it has to ship from Spain to my out of state dealer. Then ship to me. Then I'll rebuild it.
About 3-4 weeks but I'll definitely post here.

Could someone with 2026 carbon Wild help?

Does Orbea use these new type of motor mounting bolts on 2026 models? Close up picture from left side of motor would tell this. Bluebook still shows old bushing type, but it is based to 2025, so may not be updated on this.

This interests me too. I hope they use new ones, at least they should. The older bushings are crap.
My 2025 Wild motor lost the rear bolt bushing. Due to the missing bushing, the motor could move and the engine cover rubbed visible scraches on the engine. I noticed the bushing was missing when I was cleaning dirt under the motor cover and wondering about the scratches on the motor.
Now I've been waiting for a month for the seller and importer to respond to my complaint. Not very fast customer service...

The bad bushings was a Bosch problem, not Orbea. Originally those bushings weren’t tight enough and had a pattern of falling out. Seen it on multiple bike brands. Bosch has since updated the bushings - almost a year ago. They even changed the part number. It’s hard to know whether your bike still has the old ones or not. To be 100% order the new bushings and replace them.

New updated bushings (2-pack): EB11.200.0SM

Old bushing (individual): EB11.200.0GK

Not sure if this helps guys. I custom ordered the in November of 2025 so it should be the 2026 model. I can take some additional pics with guidance.

Yep, caused by Bosch, not Orbea actually. But the seller is responsible for the problem.
My bike has old bushings and bolts (only one old bushing left). However, I'm not going to buy updated new ones myself, I will demand them from the seller/Orbea/Bosch.
I understand that the latest bushings are EB1190002J and those also require new bolts part number EB1190002G

Ok so I just realized there has been a third update since the new 2-pack bushings. This image shows it clearly.

The latest iteration is new bolts and new (again) bushings. I’m gonna try and get an official explanation from Bosch.

Thanks. Better resolution close up picture of this bolt should show it.

On bluebook they list old model still, but may just not be updated there. There have been lots of reports of these old type Bosch bushings falling out on other brands like Cube. Have not heard before from Wild, mine have been ok so far.

I was preparing to install motor to my replacement front frame. I had possibility to choose both models, but decided to use old model as to be certain of compatibility.

That's a really nice bike and your build looks similar to mine in many ways such as AXS, coil, CXR, rotors, etc. What did it end up weighing with which battery. That's the cf frame?

It's a CF frame/800wh battery. Not sure of the weight. Will weigh later and respond back.

The importer sent me new motor mounting parts.
It seems that Orbea is now using the updated EB1190002J bushings and EB1190002G bolts.

My wild arrives at my dealer this Tuesday.

Unfortunately I'll be out of town and not able to receive any packages clear till the end of the month.

That's awesome your new bike is arriving! Sure you'll be counting the days!

I took my Wild on an epic climbing ride in our local mountains. Learning to like the overrun feature in the Race mode. It's a monster that adds value in certain situations.

Have my suspension dialed in after a few rides/adjustments using the trails next to my house.

Really liking the Rockshox Zeb Ultimate with the DSD Runt and after dialing in the HSC/LSC on the MRP HAZARD with the linear coil spring, the tracking is amazing!

Benefits of a coil shock are well known for descending, but I'm amazed at the traction and performance while climbing.

Appreciate your previous advice👊

My Wild is with Bike Flights to me at the moment. Unfortunately, the day it arrives I'll be on a plane and will be out of state for about 1 week. Such is the luck.

😭 That's both exciting and painful. I can't wait to see it. Please post photos here. I got my ass booted from mtbr LOL.

My Wild on version 2, after complete rebuilt. New front frame and Öhlins suspension. Some other smaller upgrades too.

Weight is now 21.00kg even. That is with coil fork and with pedals. With air spring in and without pedals it would be 20.42kg.
Picture from this sunny morning, now it's muddy:D

Sweet bike! Nice color scheme. How are you liking the Ohlins fork? Any thoughts to going with a coil shock?

Thanks. I can't give any opinion of fork yet. I just did short run-in ride today, and its still quite icy here on trails. I would definitely like to try TTX22 coil on the bike.

I'm always cautious with weights because we have no way to verify each others scales' accuracies from all over the planet. I mean, I paid $7.99 for my luggage scale, shipped from China.

However, giving the benefit of the doubt, that's a heck of a weight! Nice color scheme as well.

It's undenieable that the Wild's seem to consistently come in a bit lighter than most other full power e-bikes.

My own Wild arrives tomorrow. Unfortunately I'll be on a plane and won't see it for a week. But I'm hoping to come in <23kgs/ 50#s with dual coil/ dual DH tires/ DH rated rims/ electronic shifting & electronic dropper in a Large. Seems like a stretch however and I won't be surprised if I blow right past that.

You might need to reschedule that flight😉

Weight is correct. Taken with checked Feedback scale. It shows +40g @20kg.

I just ordered that Wolf Carbon bash plate you have.
What are your thoughts on that product? Did it meaningfully improve protection or is it just for looks?
Some of you're mods I don't even know what they are!
