Haibike Service Manuals available?

Hi, I recently bought a Haibike Nduro 8 Freeride.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a service manual for that bike. I had to change the spring on the Öhlins Shock and unfortunately there are no torque specs written on the bolts.

Using my torque wrench I was able to loosen the bolts using 17Nm, but I'm not sure how accurate that was. So I am looking for the torque specs for the suspension bolts of this bike, in case the bearings have to be serviced.

Do you know where to obtain these? Directly by asking the manufacturer? On the homepage there are only general manuals available for download, or the spec sheets.

Yes, you can use the contact form on the Haibike website and/or if you are in Germany (not sure if it works from elsewhere) you can register your bike on their website which gives you access to the Haibike "Bike Garage", once you have set up an account it keeps your bike info. online so you don't have to re input all the details every time you have a new question. Normally you should get a response same or next day.
