Eldest son had a ride on my bike while I was away on holiday and immediately decided he needed an eeb in the stable.
Saturday morning, took a drive to Hamilton and picked up this second hand Kona Remote in amazing condition.
Then we had a quick ride at Te Miro bike park.

Chickened out of riding in the mud on the South Downs yesterday and went on a Bosham loop instead. These swans were feeding in the shallows as the tide goes out, quite a sight. First pic taken by me and second pic taken by wife.
This is the only sunshine and blue skies I’m getting at this present moment in time in Northumberland UK…. Suffering acute SAD as well
Shades and a peaked cap? I would have thought a head torch - it's pitch black!

What a difference a day makes 24 little hours…….
An add hock ride from the back door. Not off road as the trails and bridleways are just a sleck fest.
First ride of the year and it took some effort to get my lard arse of the cooch mind……..
Just did 12 miles (hardly worth putting on the cycle clips for really) on a loop around Ashington but it was nice to get out again.
A few pics of Newbiggin Bay, the first looking north and the third looking south. All pics taken from the cliffs above the “Needles Eye”.

Got wire mesh on it Steve. Forestry took down the other stuff so probably not there much longer. Local bike club looking after trails I hear. Sign of the times
I know the island is big but …is that Barbra’s Hole , or Stotan Falls? Maybe? Comox Valley was my stomping grounds.

Yes I go along the coast off road from Buckie to mouth of Spey then up to Monster trails. Do both sides and road home through Clochan. Get farm eggs on way home ,I'm easy pleased.
