I just bought and received my Amflow.

Upon inspection I noticed dent on the head tube. See the pictures.

I made complaint to the official seller. Seller is willing to give 75€ voucher for the dent..

I am wondering is this frame safe to ride with that dent?

Hi!
Really hope they can add auto shift to the system, like SRAM and Shimano do.
and wants to unlock the speed limit!!!!

Would not trade this dent for 75€, I can even see more dents on the airspring top cap ...

Hello Amflow tech support, I just got one of your new Amflow and was curious what type of port I could use to power my Shimano wireless derailleur. It looks like the expansion port has some type of Higo micro cable but unsure how to make that connect to a di2 cable ew-sd300 type? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Amazing bike, but in display settings I have a temperature setting window so I can display the temperature. This is outside air temperature. There is also a Max Temperature setting and a Min setting. That changes nothing

On some Amflow bikes other users have the option for Motor Temperature with a bar graph. No where in the display settings do I have this. Why are there different menus in a fully updated PL PRO ? I would like this it is 36C here and I want to keep an eye on this. And do not want to run this motor too hot. If I go into setting and go into [About Device] I can see battery temp and motor temp. I know its monitored.

@Amflow_Support please comment on this situation. Many people would like to know your public position.

They already said it's not covered in that thread as those marks and the damage indicates it was not a manufacturing fault, rather something user induced. Not sure who else is wondering about the outcome (other than you) ?

Hi! The cable we use for AXS derailleur is a SRAM power cable, internal part number: 11.3018.028.003. But we don't have a specific guidance for connecting to a di2 cable type. The cable is connected directly to the 3rd expansion port on the motor.

Many people would like to know
Many people would like to know, that you are overweight, and rode this bike with a loose headset for a while, you even damaged your stem cap. and you are currently still riding your bike with no issues

All this after having a shop swap out your forks, who noticed no damage at that time.

Its all on you

Hi! Thank you for your feedback. You can set it up in the AvinoxRide app. Please ensure both the AvinoxRide app and your bike firmware are up to date, then from the app home go to Bike Display Settings → Tap once, and Replace Items and add "Motor Temperature — Bar Chart".

Yes bike and app say its latest version v1.3.22

Display Settings → Tap once, and Replace Items and add "Motor Temperature — Bar Chart".
Mine looks different than yours. Temperature mirrors outside temp, and does not change while riding

No line or bar chart exist.

You need to change the layout of the page, currently, these layouts support adding bar chart motor temperature.

I’m having trouble syncing the bike with a 4g card installed.

Presently the app shows my bike approximately 2kms away when in reality it is in my garage.

It shows that it was last synced 2 days ago at a location I have never been too. I have powered the bike on but it doesn’t seem to make any difference.

How do you “force“ sync the bike as hopefully that will resolve the issue.

We have seen your situation, we are sorry to hear this. This dent does not currently affect the riding condition. However, to prevent the area around the dent from being affected in future use, we recommend covering the dented area with wrap or other protective material, or consulting the dealer for additional repair solutions.

@Amflow Support: Was looking in the Avinox app and was confused by what I was seeing in Ride Data versus About Devices for Total Distance. Why is there a difference?
