In Brittany on holiday. Very flat and very untechnical but nice to be riding with my best friend (my wife)

Back in Finland from almost 2 month alpine trip. I was lazy the rest of the time and didn't update much.

A Biily no mates ride today so once again kept it local ( Kielder )
Wayne's rotator cuff problems have worsened for no apparent reason after being well enough for him to continue riding due to physio exercises recently ..so rest being the best course of action for now .
It was a playtime ride ..just riding the same three sections multiple times but I'd wanted to spend the majority of it on the very last section of the Osprey Trail which has the skinniest ( width) singletrack of any man made trail in the forest ..as well as being the most scenic ..however I then felt obliged to guiding a father & young son who didn't know where they were going ( not exactly lost though) at the start of the ride after they both had minor mechanicals within minutes of each other ..the kid ( 12) could ride though and his dad was no slouch ..so plans changed slightly .

Eventually did 27 miles with 2, 700ft + ascent ..
The section of trail beyond the bike is still closed due to harvesting but has been left intact ..

Still on the Swiss side. Starting the routes from Ospizio Bernina (Bernina Pass) towards Poschiavo.
Two different routes and returning to the starting point by train. The first descent was quite a steep path and full of cow shit.
First flat tyre in over two years that I couldn't get fixed, so I had to put in an tube

Lets Nicho! 
Gave some love to Bullit`s rear hub yesterday and also put sprindex spring to it and had nice test ride today. Also first time out on trails wih Radial Mary front ( have been riding park three times with it last week). Highly recommend all this
It's amazing how much mass comes off a field ..
