When was the first time?Considering how long thier runs of 50 and 99 were online with the support of marketing I find is hard to believe 99 already sold out. But I was wrong once before in my life, this could be #2![]()
Everytime they've released a model. Not DJI models if that's what you inferred. When was the first time?
The link no longer works for people who have previously purchased a Crestline bike. Something is up.From my understanding, if you have previously purchased a Crestline bike, you will get the first crack at purchasing the DJI version. Thats why its not live on the website for the general public.
Interresting sales approach, avoid selling to those who present the greatest need. I'm just bitter that it might be sold out and that I shouldn't buy one because I DEFINITELY don't need it.From my understanding, if you have previously purchased a Crestline bike, you will get the first crack at purchasing the DJI version. Not like the taste of some beer... "(of people or their feelings or behavior) angry, hurt, or resentful because of one's bad experiences or a sense of unjust treatment.'Bitter?

Anything DJI is a big deal these days, even for a small company like Crestline. For them to not make any noise about it is odd, especially since it goes against previous releases and how they handle sold out ones, like you mentioned. Even if I don't get one I'd like to see the specs. It’s completely removed from their website, very strange. Everything else that’s Sold Out still show up as Sold Out.
The Crestlines already a nice looking well balanced bike, with the DJI it's really slimmed things down and most of the frame/rear triangle seems to have been re-worked rather than just stuffing the Avinox system in there.
Liking the exchangeable swingarm/rear triangle ends (dropout options).

It certainly looks freaken cool. I'm trying not to be too bummed as i'm one month into my S-180 and loving it.
I don't actually want the more power of DJI and am envious of the lighter weight with bigger battery capacity.
I've effectively made a dji weight s180 by running smaller batteries. It would be super cool to have 21kg with 600 wh battery.
But no dji Crestline for me. I had to sell my first born child, left splene and grandmothers ashes to fund the s180. I'll be riding it for the next 3 or 4 years.
Yeah I know. That's why I'm trying not to be bummed. Draw a line in the sand and buy a bike and be done with it.You did this when you bought your Pole as well.
These things (e-bikes) are advancing very quickly and this is going to happen for years.
Anyways, I tried to get one but circumstances seemed to have prevented it.
Did you buy directly from Crestline or one of their distributors?I’ve bought 2 Crestlines and didn’t get the email!
Going by the geometry it looks like a similar insertion as the current bosch crestline which can be a make it or break it for some folks.it's a great looking bike but not sure about vpp and how it limits seat post insertion.
