Unno Mith released with DJI motor, 800Wh battery

Yes, that might be what they mean, like in the fast Yetis. Could probably fix that with a softer fork setting, or more lsc on the rear in my experience. A bit unexpected when the chainstay is so long, but maybe it is due to the more sag setting?

Looking at the back " Resmai" of who has designed this Unno pro Bike, i am not to worried about how its going to handle.

Just watched that., It occurs you could have a brake disc stamped with fewer slots & derestrict the shit out of that thing.

Wow, if it rides half as good as it looks it'll be mega.

Did you get any footage/photos of the RACE model? I'm keen to see the colour/finish as it's the one I've ordered.

Looking forward to the full ride reviews.
It looks really nice in person. Its like a graphite/gunmetal grey with nice details in the paint.

@Rob Rides EMTB Did they give you any info UK delivery? All shops seem to be sold out already but they all have different dates. Some as far out as January next year.

I was told by my dealer that the UK only got 25 bikes and they all pre-sold. I was told the earliest I could get one would most likely be January 2026!

That does work. You'd have to ark them I guess as it's hall effect (or is it) .. maybe you could just hot glue gun. Speed would be wrong. Not sure if it would re adapt to show the gear correctly from the maths

I’ll be in the US next month, will be bringing my Crestline frame back. I guess I’ll just have to be happy with that for a bit. It seems both the Unno and the Forbidden bikes will be unobtainable for the foreseeable future.

It turns out that DJI are already well into the MK2 version of their system (more power + auto gears being directly connected the AXS gears) so I guess there will be an updated UNNO to house the MK2 motor system next year.

Also heard the news about second gen version of the DJI system. Seems like zero point in ordering for delivery in 2026, at this rate of change, who knows what will be available by then...

I'm pretty sure I watched a YouTube Video review on how it rides yesterday. Wasn't very complimentary to be honest and today when I searched for the review it's nowhere to be seen.

It might be possible yeah, in the end, motor is one thing, look too, but the bike itself and how it ride DH it more important to me.
As usual I don't think this is any good rage buying something without testing it, especially without long term review, for at minimum 10k you need to ride it and feel it.

Doesn't appeal to me aesthetically, looks like a step through from the side with an undersized rear triangle that breaks the lateral profile.

Who did the review, Pinkbike?

I really can't remember. I've searched for it today on YouTube and can't find it.

I would think it would be in your history, but who knows.

That said, there is going to be a LOT of pressure on these first reviewers to publish a positive review, lest they never test the pure exotica again.

Based on the one review that is published however, along with the PB review last year of the pedal bike, I think it's just not going to be a very good handling & good suspension having e-bike. So hoping that I am wrong however, I want it to be amazing!

I've checked my history and it's not there, I guess as it was removed from YouTube.

Doesn't matter I guess as it seems they have sold out regardless.

They were ashamed of putting out fake-news... so they deleted it ! :ROFLMAO:
I do laugh,
So you watch a video on what is about the hottest new EMTB at the moment, then you can’t remember when, who did the test etc or any other details about it, and when you go back it’s been deleted from You Tube. Lol

Exactly correct, there are 100's of YouTubers that review bikes and on that day I had watched 20 odd videos. It 100% has been deleted and is no longer in my history.

The review basically said the same as the other review mentioned in this thread, it's great to look at but difficult to ride down hill and not recommended for average rider.

It was sometime on Sunday when I watched the video, as the Spanish review and the promo video are still in my history.

I've been keeping an eye out for any videos in this bike for the past few weeks and didnt see any reviews yet on youtube. Ebike-mtb had an earlier version and i believe Unno changed some anti rise numbers based on their review feedback already.

Hi everyone,
i am looking at this bike and it looks amazing .

i have 2 points that i keep questioning myself..
- how is that Rear triangle bottom part in front of the rear wheel not gonna hit something ,
- isnt that thing flexing like crazy since the 2 connection points to the main frame are so close to eachother.
To me this looks like a Fun design but that might be verry prone to OVER flex?|

No hate just interest :)

what is your take on it guys ? :D

Even I am second guessing myself now and could have clicked on a review of last years model, but there is noting in my history that I can see.

The reason I'm so sure is that I bought a Vala on Sunday after watching the video as I'm a below average rider that goes really slow. I was on the Unno website and had one in my basket but clicked the buy button on the Vala instead.

Again, I might have even watched a video on another bike as I have driven myself crazy trying to decide what to buy. I think I have watched every video on YouTube 5 times over in the last couple of weeks.

Looking forward to your review Rob. Please say it's rubbish so I don't regret buying the Vala.

If you're hitting something there, you've already hit with the chainring and/or the back wheel ??

Yes, you could maybe clip it on a rock at some unfortunate angle, but that's the case with any rear triangle (though yes, there would be an increased risk for some freaky angled impact).

The triangle itself looks pretty rigid. You want a bit of flex for lateral suspension. The bearings look pretty big. Some people who were doing really big jumps felt the Pole flexed too much in that area - so .. maybe ?!?

Quite a few bikes take most of the force around the main bottom bearing with the top part of the triangle mainly setup to transfer forces to the shock - but without adding much, if any, lateral stability.
