Levo Gen 4 Levo Gen 4 Rumours and some facts...

it is interesting that the HT brake cable ports are ovalized, potentially preserving the option to run a cabled dropper and derailleur? This would also require the internal frame cable channels and rear swingarm cable port. Hope so, just as SRAM re-introduces the 2026 cable shifter and derailleur as an alternative to AXS. I prefer the simplicity of cables and the direct non servo driven derailleur.

Loos jus like the Stumpie
ya, hopefully the gaudy S-works logo is eliminated from the downtube, finally!

Sure does look like the Levo SL with an oversized down tube ( just as reported months ago by a member who saw it in Spain).
The frame is definitely is evolutionary and not revolutionary. That is not a bad thing.
What do we gain with Gen 4 over Gen 3? Primarlly and hopefully a reliable motor, 48v system which runs cooler, quick charging and more power/torque and battery options to tailor weight to intended ride range by battery choice. Also better esthetics, ( no hump) and possibly better handling due to lower CG of motor and battery. Courious to see the geometry numbers, my guess is possibly slightly shorter chainstays?
All this comes at a hefty price, such is the nature of the bleeding edge, always been the case in the bike industry. R & D and production costs money . Thoughts?

Jesus Christ, that article is just AI generated garbage and has been posted multiple time already. Learn how to read and think critically FFS. Seriously if the posts in this thread are anything to go by then then human race is doomed. Social media has rotted peoples brains. /rant

Let people ride the Bike first. Specialized speaks of outstanding responsiveness. The performance is only supposed to be delivered when it's needed. Otherwise, the Levo SL will continue to be available.

Who knew, it looks from the teaser like an e-mtb… 😂

It’s actually pretty telling that I can’t remember any e-bike launch getting this much interest beforehand, or how well Specialized have managed it, ie no leaks.

You just know there’s going to be pages of ‘this is why I’m not buying the new Levo’ type commentary when it does actually launch… can’t wait! 😂

But at what cost? How many 100s of people have they killed to keep leaks suppressed?

Just saw the full photo and spec list ... The first impression is ... Oh man, the downtube sure looks noticeably bigger than on Gen2/3 from a sideview, I hope photo doesn't do it justice or in real life won't be so noticable ... Still cannot see how the battery is mounted

There’s definitely leaks…a lot of them actually. You just won’t see them on this site.
