Would be nice if there was a 400wh battery option. Would rather that than just running it from the range extender.

Bike will have Grid Gravity casing front and rear. This add 800g on top of G3
Sworks S4 840wh will have 23.68kg

Just received from spesh mailing list

yes! 4/8/2026 reveal confirmed! The bike does actually exist after years of speculation. This appears to be the first Specialized teaser, at long last.
From the distant video clip on Instagram, oversized downtube and Gene shock are the first impression I get. The video image is taken from a long way off. Also shown is the handlebar controller boost button, likely tied to the limited max power output, much like the Amflow. I wonder if the normal controller ECO/Trtail/Boost) all combined into one right hand controller?

A couple of questions that maybe someone could answer:
* Is the mode controller wireless?
* Is there a new "auto" or adaptive mode?
Controller ist Not Wireless.
Yes Auto Mode ist there. Between Off and eco. Spesh will also have adaptive Micro tune. Is a new Version from the old Micro Mode

So What we do Know , Small specialized on top Bar Not the oversized down tube , also only two cables running of the handle bars left and right brakes , that’s all I got

All good. Off subject, now if we could get Specialized to update the Mission Control app to ad back the jump tracker and eliminate all the silly bar graphs to make it more meaningful like prior version.

Does anyone know anything about the display? Is it still the mastermind tcu?

Lets be honest, ebike racing is less than 5% of total sales. And I'm generous here.

What minds me as well, 95% of the AMF reviewers start with raw power, 120 nm crap etc. Very few mention the under average range or the bike ride. Of course here until we see anything official it's only leaked numbers to be talked about but I just feel emtbs are going after a different goal.

1. Make them cheaper
2. Make them more reliable
3. Make them lighter
4. Improve the range if possible with the ones above
5. Ride quality is paramount.

Is it only me that looks for something like this in ebikes or I'm not alone? Very few brands try to follow these guidelines and I believe it's not them going sideways is the market demands.
Range and reliability paramount for myself as well, and of course riding performance. If reliable usually performs well on the trail, especially with advancements in today’s components to better suit ebikes.

Looks exactly like a Levo SL with a fatter downtube.

The cables entering the frame at the front of the head tube is a nice touch, cockpit will be very clean.
