I'm in the process of buying a Levo 4 with a range extender from my (UK) LBS.
I popped in today, they've got it in stock. Turns out that they fitted the range extender without fitting the range extender bolt on the downtube.
It's now going to be sorted, but they admitted that they hadn't known that the range extender bolt needed to be fitted, and that this wasn't the first range extended that they'd sold and fitted.
So if you've got a Levo 4 with a range extender, please check that it's been fitted properly?
