I just got the Range Extender for my Turbo Levo 4 Comp, and I find the manual missing info about setting up how the power is used from the main battery and Range Extender. It appears that there isn't any adjustment, but I thought there was one. The manual suggests that everything is done through the bike display or the app, but I find nothing in either. I would appreciate others' general experience and tips for using it well! Thanks

I have never found any adjustments in the app. Just charge the main battery and extender to 100% and run them both. You can run just the extender by removing the main battery.

I charged both main battery and the Range Extender (RE) to 100%.. then checked the software via the app.. and my RE needed to have a firmware update.

So- I updated it- really easy to do.

I haven’t found anything in the app to configure or set the cargo g limit for the RE.

One thing to know- the charger can stop charging the main battery once’s it’s at say 80% or 100 (depending where you set it) but- it doesn’t do this for the RE.. so- ideally, you should try and manually disconnect .. then place on the bike to check it.. and aim for 80% charge (the overall life and condition of the battery will last longer).
