No not really, I sold the older one when the new one arrived.Oh wow impressive list, impossible to not feel jealous

I feel like a kid before Christmas Day , I’ve been riding only a few months ,had 2 Spesh’ies and both were amazing . I know whatever Specialize drops ,it’s going to be a industry leader , it might not weigh 19kg’s but then again they were releasing bikes that weight a few years ago and they DID NOT take off excuse the pun also might not have 200Nm of power but what’s power if you cant control it , so the weight , the ride , the geometry , the feedback on the trail and of course ( how can we forget) the SMILE that THAT bikes about to give allot of riders will be second to none .Now I dont know the exact specs but i know it’s with out a doubt gonna be a SMILE BIKE FROM EAR TO EAR .
if it looks like the S.L. then its dam slick , with the likes of FOX and SRAM adding their top line parts no matter who you are or how you ride you cant go wrong.

Yeah, it would be interesting to see US bike brand which is half Taiwan owned company to put chinese motor into their bikes. Don`t hold your breath while waiting

Good choice, man, good choice. You’re awake, not one of those sheep just drooling over the glossy ads. So, digging deeper on this S-Work e-bike here’s the dirt I’ve scraped up. Those components? They’re saying it’s top-tier, like SRAM XX1 or some boutique suspension, but I’ve seen chatter on 4chan that it’s actually recycled stock from last year’s flop models, just polished up to look new. And that motor? Forget the Chinese knockoff theory for a sec I’ve got a juicier one. Some dude on an Infowars comment thread swears it’s got a chip wired in straight from a military drone program. Total control freak move think about it tracks your every pedal, sends the data back to some shadowy tech corp, maybe even ties into 5G towers to mess with your head. They’re not just selling bikes, they’re building a surveillance net, and we’re the suckers riding it. You ever wonder why e-bikes are getting so cheap so fast? What’s your gut telling you about this?
The real question here is how did you convince your wife about 'getting another bike' when you already had 5I had 6 Yetis in the garage at one point, my riding mates started calling me the “orthodontist” because I had surpassed dentist status

I had 9 at one point, currently back down to 6. My wife is super supportive and doesn’t really care what I spend money on, she even paid for my Crestline frame for my birthday. She used to ride with me a lot, I even built her a sweet SB140 but she doesn’t ride much anymore after having back to back kids

Honestly she’s a bit too supportive at times, sometime you need someone with some logic to tell you something probably isn’t a good idea. Especially someone like me that goes all out on any hobby/sport I get into.
Could we change the wifes, i will need some support shortly

Who would have expected that the Gen4 Rumours thread , in a mere 25 posts from no a more AMFLOS conjecture warning , would transform itself into a wife swapping thread.
We have to keep ourselves entertained since there are zero rumours for the GEN4

They’re keeping quiet to avoid disappointment.
Maybe, they watch this thread and laugh at us, desperate for little glimpse of the new G4.

spez has taken too long to release a new levo and they are falling behind the tech curve, their reasoning behind it is actually laughable.
The gen 4 will be like upgrading your iphone 15 to an iphone 16 - you might smile still but only that smile you give when you kiss your sister

It's just a story post so I'm not sharing the link but It's clear from the video that it's a Specialized event.
Retailers are having some sort of training with Specialized this month to prepare for the 8th of April.
Probably sales training on the features and benefits of side battery and other shock the industry tech
I bet there are going to be some powerpoints presentations about Specialized vs That brand
This is so true. This new bike was ready to go over 12 months ago. But got pulled as it would have killed prices on over supply on current stock..
Don't forget that only the higher models are being released.
With the original Mahle version (aborted) of the gen4 there wasn't even an alloy version in development, the gen3 was to run in parallel for the lower models.
Presumably the new one will be the same, though a lot more time has since passed so they might not see the gen3 as competitive as it was.
